Drown out the negative with a Hype Doc.
Remember the impact you had on others for a much-needed boost!

It’s really common to internalise negative feedback – more so than the positive. A single comment about how you could’ve done more can outweigh multiple pieces of praise.
If you’re the sort of person to really take negative feedback to heart, it can get really demoralising and difficult to pick yourself back up again. If this sounds like you, then maybe you need a Hype Doc.
📝 Your Hype Doc
The Hype Doc is a document where you populate all sorts of accomplishments, great feedback about your impact on others, and the quality of your work. It should make you feel warm and fuzzy when you look at it!
